About Frans

I'm Frans, an experienced Senior QA/QC Manager on large and mega construction projects around the world.

Throughout my career, I have led quality from the earliest stages of a project to its final handover, building the systems, procedures and teams that ensure every project is delivered safely, to specification and right the first time.

I believe quality is not a department or a stack of paperwork. It is a culture shared by everyone on site, and when that culture is strong, projects run smoothly, rework disappears and clients receive exactly what was promised.

Now I want to give back. Quality with Frans is my platform to share my knowledge and help educate the next generation of engineers, inspectors and supervisors. Every day I present one real site check, explained clearly and practically, so it can be applied on any project.
